In August, 26th-30th our Association`s representation took part in seminary organized by Siergiej Zajcew (10th Dan),Multi-discipline Militarily-Sportsauthor. The meeting took place in beautiful place, Chmielnicki (Ukraine). The seminary consists also of master`s Dan degrees examination. Our representation also got degrees from Mr. Zajcew`s hands: Mr. Krzysztof Mróz got 4th Dan and Mr. Sylwester Czarnota 6th Dan in Multi-discipline Militarily-Sports Contest . The Kong Sao Sports and Martial Arts Association hands on special degrees for those, whohave workedwith us for years: Mrs. Elena Osiedlevich, Tetyania Kotsurba (3 Dan), Garia Osedlevich (4 Dan).
Kong Sao Sports and Martial Arts Associationis pleased to invite to Kong Sao World OpenChampionships to be held October 15-17, 2010 in Mikołów (Poland) on Sports Hall on 3 Bandurskiegostreet. On Friday (15.10.10) at 4 pm we invite all coaches and judges to conference. On Saturday at 8.30 am. start copmetitor`s weigh in and at 10 am. starts ceremony which opens the event. On Sunday the competitions start at 10 am. We request all registered competitorsfor all documentsavaliabled nowcalendar on our webside. It is the second tome when our Association organized the camp in beautiful Jastrzębia Góra in the Baltic Sea seaside. The sunny weather let us sunbath and spend most of time outdoors. After exhausting trainings we were regenerating ourselves on the swimming pool or sauna. Whilst the stronger of us spent timein sportfitness room, the rest of competitors were playing volleyball matches and pool billards. We visited Sea Aquarium in Gdańsk, the biggest attraction for the youngest. Also we were in Szymbark to see "house standing on its top", it means the building standing up side down.
